There are two creeks that surround Daniel Island, Nowell Creek and Ralston Creek, so if there are any homes on deep water on Daniel Island available it would be off one of those two. If you don't necessarily have to have a deep water dock, but simply want access to water because you have a boat, you could buy a condo at The Oaks at Riversedge or Waterfront DI where there are marinas. In the Nobels Point section of Daniel Island Park there is a boat ramp. However the community CCRs, won't allow you to keep your boat in your driveway.
